Smart Glazing Station

A new automated equipment of glazing supply system.

The smart glazing station includes a glaze tanks, a pump, a stirring blade, and connected to a tank with high-density raw glaze and a tap water pipe in the mean time. Operated the required glaze with specific gravity, the equipment will automatically detect and read the glaze slurry specific gravity rate  in the glaze tank. Through two solenoid valves, add raw glaze or water to calibrate the specific gravity to reach the target specific gravity rate.

1. Fully automated glaze supply;

2. The glaze supply process is in high efficiency, shorten glaze preparation time and reducing the wastage;

3. Real-time monitoring the detection and calibration of glaze slurry specific gravity to avoid unexpected factors affecting normal production;

4. The level sensor monitors the usage of glaze slurry in real time, and is controlled by solenoid valves to automatically glaze supply, ensure continuous and stable production.

Dry Applicator:

DryApplicator, an innovative technology in the field of ceramic Industry.

Donghai Technology's Dry Applicator, a perfect fusion of Dry Applicator technology and ink-jet printing technology to achieve tile surface processes such as soft lapato surface, full polished surface, mold surface, etc., to achieve natural stone texture, providing more possibilities for modern architecture and interior design. Dry Applicator adopts the Dry Applicator process, and combines it with ink-jet printing technology by precisely controlling the distribution and thickness of dry granules to create tiles with natural stone texture.
