FLAKE FORMING MACHINE

The flake forming machine is based on the principle of roll forming. After mixing various colors of powder according to the manufacturer's preset program, it's rolled into flake of a certain thickness, and then crushed to make it as flake products suitable for the production of high-end ceramic tiles. lt is an indispensable accessory product in today's high-end ceramic tile feeding system.

SLIM-TECH BELT TYPE FEEDING SYSTEM

It can produce big slabs with the size more than 2400mm, and the thickness can be adjusted easily from 3mm-30mm. The biggest advantage of belt type feeding is that it can make thinner slabs, which solves the technical problems of traditional grid type feeding--grid mark and unstable production thickness. The pattern is also more natural and controllable than the traditional grid type feeding.
